Hallo,
ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine sehr zentrale Einzimmerwohnung in Passau mit eigenem Bad und eigener Küche.
Die Wohnung ist super zentral direkt gegenüber der Universität Passau gelegen (30 Sekunden bis WiWi, NK; 1 min bis Informatik, Jura, Mensa). Die Wohnung liegt an einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse. Im Haus ist ein Cafe und Uni Copy-Shop. Pizzeria schräg gegenüber.
Waschmaschine im Trockenraum vorhanden.
Stadtkern mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ausgehmöglichkeiten und der zentrale Busbahnhof sind in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Tür.
Zimmer ist voll möbliert mit Bett, Schränken, Schreibtisch (kann aber auch leer gemietet werden).

are you looking for an apartment really close to university to emerge into the University of Passau experience? Then this is the right place to be!
I am looking for a new tenant for my very central one-room apartment in Passau with private bathroom and kitchen.
The apartment is located super central directly opposite the University of Passau (30 seconds to the faculty of economics; 1 min to the faculty of information technology, faculty of law and

the cafeteria). The apartment is situated on a quiet side street. On the front side of the building is a nice cafe and a copy-shop. One of the most popular pizza places is just opposite the road.
The city centre with all shopping facilities, nightlife and the central bus station are within 3 minutes walking distance and a bus stop is right at your doorstep.
Room is fully furnished with bed, cupboards, desk.
There is also a washing machine.
