I am subletting my apartment for the following duration: 12.02.2024 till 31.03.2024 (With possible further extension according to circumstances). I am looking for a subtennant who values cleanliness, order and is willing to take over the room for this duration of time. The rental is “Warm Rent” and includes the heating, water, electricity, internet packages.
The apartment is in a building “The Twenty” and consists of a single room with a private bathroom and an open kitchenette.
The room is equipped with a bed, a large desk with a chair, a wardrobe, an open shelves mini-closet, a heating system and a fan. A sleeing bag is also available so a guest could be welcomed.
The kitchenette is equipped with cupborads, an electric stovetop, a microwave and a fridge. Kitchen tools (Pan, Pot, culinary tools,…) are NOT available.
