Das schöne, ruhige Zimmer ist vollständig möbiliert. Dusche und WC befinden sich auf der gleichen Etage und sind mit einer weiteren ruhigen Studentinn zu teilen. Daher wird das Zimmer ausschliesslich an eine Frau im ähnlichem Alter vermietet. Das Zimmer enthält einen Miniblock zum Kochen und ein weiteres Waschbecken innerhalb des Zimmers.Das Zimmer ist auch im Sommer schön kühl, da das Haus ein zweischaliges Mauerwerk hat und perfekt isoliert ist. Auch ist die Luft wessentlich besser als im Talkessel von Würzburg.
In ca. 15 Minuten erreicht man den Bus oder die Straßenbahn. Ein Parkplatz findet sich immer vor der Tür. Es schließt das städtische Naherholungsgebiet an, das zum Joggen und Mountainbiken einlädt.
