A beautiful, renovated 2 room apartment on a Bauhaus building, with a big built-in kitchen, with a balcony and a common garden closed only for the buildings, close to a supermarket. The size of the apartment is 61 square meters, but due to perfect layout and zero wasted space, it feels bigger.
It's elevated ground floor, but it's very very sunny - since it's on the corner of two (quiet) streets.

It's a 2 room apartment. Perfect for a couple (or singles)
The apartment has 2 rooms - one big, sunny room with an attached balcony and the other one is perfect as a bedroom (less sunny, smaller and cooler in the summer).
Apart from it it has a big built-in kitchen, with a fridge, oven and a stove and a bathroom with a bathtub and a HUGE, dry cellar with light (15 square meters).

The apartment is heated with district central heating (Fernwärme).
The floor is wooden (Dielen) that has just been redone and lacquered and has good atmosphere.
The building is well-kept and the neighbors are nice and quiet.
The apartment is in Adlershof (Köpenick), there is plenty of parking on the street. There is a bus just 50m from the apartment (line 162/164) and a few blocks from tram 61/63.
The S-Bahn Adlershof is 1.2km away.
It's less than 2km from Köpenick Altstadt, Müggelsee is not too far - and it's around 20 minutes by car from the Berlin-Brandenburg Airport.
