Moritz und Jan Carl lösen Ihre WG auf und suchen zum 01. März 2012 (oder zur Not zum 01. April 2012) Nachmieter für Ihre außergewöhnliche Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist eine 2,5 Zimmer Bude, die einzugsfreundlich im EG liegt. Sie hat ein Zimmer mit 15m², eines mit ca 25m² und ein halbes Zimmer mit ca. 8m². Des Weiteren verfügt die Wohnung über ein externes WC auf dem Hausflur und einer Kombination aus Dusche und Küche (in der Wohnung!). Dieser vermeintlicher Mangel ist wahrscheinlich der Grund, dass die Wohnung eher zu einer Jungs-WG passen würde.
Ansonsten ist die Lage der Wohnung sehr gut. In 5 Minuten am Gänseliesel und REWE und Kaufland sind auch nicht weit weg!
Wir freuen uns auf Antworten! (mal sehen, ob sich wer traut!)
