Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer, eines Hofseitig und ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Couch, Esstisch, TV.. Küche Mit Backofen, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank und allem Geschirr das man braucht. Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden.
** Die Wohnung ist komplett möbeliert ** Es hat aber auch einen Abstellraum und einen riesigen Kleiderschrank mit viel Platz, falls ihr viel Gepäckablage braucht.
Die Lage ist absolut ZENTRAL und genial. Die Wohnung ist an der Ecke Lerchengasse/Lerchenfelderstrasse im 8ten Bezirk (Josefstadt) angrenzend zum 7bten Bezirk (Neubau). Man ist sehr schnell beim Westbahnhof (10min), bei der Hauptuni/Hofburg/Stephansdom/Neubaugasse Bezirk und hat super Anbindung an die U6/U2/13a..
Billa, Zielpunkt 5min vorm Haus, dazu der Tigerpark, viele nette Cafés, Bars, Museen, Theater etc..
Wohnung ist Ideal für 2 Personen. Preise:

Hi there! We're renting our whole flat in viennas lovely 8th district from the 22nd of July until the beginning of September 2013. The cost are 590 EUR a month and include everything (gas, water, internet, power supply..), no additional cost! There are two (seperatly accessable) bedrooms, a living room and kitchen, bathroom, toilet. The location is very central, near Museumsquartier/1th district, shops very close, public tansport in front of door to everywhere.
