Wir suchen Nachmieter fuer unsere schoene, zentral und ruhig gelegene Wohnung. Das Apartment besteht aus 3 Zimmern(1 Groesseres und 2 Kleinere), einer 9 qm Terasse auf der Suedseite(perfekt fuer kleine Grillparties oder ein gemuetliches Abendessen im Freien), einem Bad (mit Dusche) und einem seperaten WC.
Die Kueche ist mit einem Kuehlschrank, einem E-Herd und einer Abwasch ausgestattet.Es befindet sich genuegend Platz fuer einen Geschirrspueler und einer Waschmaschine.
Weiters haben wir einen privaten Parkplatz, einen Fahrradabestellplatz und einen privaten Abteil im Keller zur Verfuegung.
Our lovely central and quiet apartment contains of 3 connected rooms (one bigger and two smaller ones), a big terrace that fits perfectly summer entertaining with a lot of sunshine.
