Ich möchte meine schöne zwei Zimmer Wohnung für 12- 20 Monate untervermieten. Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock, ist renoviert, hat eine schönen großen Balkon mit Südost ausrichtung (Sonne bis 15:00). Die beiden Zimmer sind 17 und 20 qm groß. Die Wohnung wäre auch für eine 2er WG geeignet.
Die Decken sind 3,40 m hoch und mit Stuck verziert. Die Wohnung ist minimalistisch möbliert, es gibt einen Internet Anschluß mit W-lan und eine Waschmaschine.
Ich habe die Wohnung frisch renoviert und such jemanden der zuverlässig ist, nicht raucht und pfleglich mit meinen Sachen umgeht.
Die Wohnung wird maximal bis Dezember 2025 vermietet. Bitte schreiben Sie wann Sie ein und ausziehen möchten, Anmeldung ist möglich.
I would like to sublet my nice two Room Apatment for 12-20 Months. The apartment is in an old historic building, calm and sunny. The apartment has a big Balcony.
There is internet and a washingmachine in the apartment . The apartment is furnished with one big bed and another bed in the second room that can be used as a couch, tabels, chairs etc..The apartmen is newly renovated and I am looking for responsible, calm, non-smoking people. If you are interessted, please write some words about you. Please also write when you would like to move in and out. Minimum Periode is 12 Months. The apartment is not availabel for longterm, maximum periode is untill December 2025. Anmeldung is possible. Pets are not allowed, sorry.
Die Wohnung ist Verkehrsgünstig und ruhig gelegen.
Es gibt Bus, U-Bahn (Leopoldplatz/NauenerPlatz) und S-Bahn (Ringbahn Wedding) in der Nähe. Am Leopoldplatz gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und nette Caffees und Restaurants.
Location is close to Leopold Platz (U9/U6) and S-Bahn Wedding, (Ringbahn) there is all kinds of shops and puplic transport close by.
Die Wohnung ist geeignet für Singels, Paare oder eine zweier WG. Bitte nur Nichtraucher!
