Wir verlassen unsere geliebte Wohnung und suchen Nachmieter. Die 66m2 Wohnung liegt an der Großenhainerstraße gegenüber dem Pestalozziplatz. In den sehr hellen Räumen kann man im Wohnzimmer über die Dächer bis zur Polizei Landesdirektion schauen. In direkter Nähe zu Edeka und Netto, S-Bahn (3 und 13). Die Neustadt ist nicht weit entfernt und auch zur Elbe kommt man innerhalb von 5 Minuten mit dem Rad.
Aufteilung: 2 Zimmer, Küche, Abstellraum, großer Flur, WC und Bad.

We are leaving our beloved appartment. It is located in the Großenhainerstraße right in front of the Pestalozziplatz. It has a wonderful view and is 7 min. walking distance from Edeka/DM/Post and 3 min. walking distance to the S-Bahn (3 and 13). The Neustadt and the Elbe are also quite close (5 min with the bike).
The apartment has 2 rooms, kitchen, store room, big hallway, WC and bathroom are separated.
