TUM student looking for a WG (male, easygoing and organized)

Hi, my name is Ricardo Salazar and I am 23 years old. I am a mechanical engineer from Colombia and I will start studying a master’s degree in computational mechanics in TUM the Wintersemester 2015. I think of myself as a hardworking, responsible, organized and nice person. I easily get along with people and I am not contentious. I like playing sports and exercising, watching movies, talking drinking a couple of beers, and making grills. I don’t like to smoke.
I am looking for a room in a WG and I am very flexible with the conditions or requirements, so I’ll list what would be the ideal characteristics of the WG rental, but am pretty open to different ones.
I would like the WG to be:
• Rental period from September or October until the end of March (possibly longer)
• In the area covered by the public transportation system of Munich
• No Cats
• A place where there is mutual respect, because if everybody cares about the others, things are more enjoyable and comfortable for everyone and there is also less conflicts. I would also like to live in a place that is clean. I am aware that life is sometimes to hectic to have everything shiny and perfect, and time is very valuable, but for me it is important that things have a reasonable level of cleanness, just to live in a place where one doesn’t feel disgusted to be in or to touch things. I would like to live in a community where I can have time and space to do my own things but also the opportunity to share and enjoy with others.

I am currently studying German in Heidelberg so I can go to Munich and see the place and meet you.
