Die sehr gute Lage erlaubt es mit der U6/U7 (Haltestelle Kirchplatz) direkt in die Innenstadt zu gelangen. Busverbindungen vervollständigen die Anbindung. Der Westbahnhof ist auch in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, so dass auch ein Zugang zu den S-Bahnen gegeben ist.
Die Einkaufsstraße von Bockenheim, Leipzigerstr., ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und ermöglicht die Nahversorgung mit allen notwendigen Mitteln. In der Nähe befinden sich auch Restaurants, Bars und Cafes, so das auch für das leibliche Wohl gesorgt ist. Der Niddapark für die Erholung ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.

Ein Reinigungsservice kann vermittelt werden.
Die Kaution kann gerne auch aus Bankgarantie zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
