wir vermieten unsere Wohnung unter, vom 22.-29.Dez.
Inklusive aller Nebenkosten + Internet kostet sie für die Woche 250.-

Die Wohnung hat 73qm2.
Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Hinterhaus abseits der Strasse. Alle Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sehr hell. Wohnzimmer, Küche und grosser Balkon gehen nach Süden raus.

Im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein Kamin vor dem es man sich herrlich gemütlich machen kann!!
(Holz ist in der Wohnung)
In der Küche ist Platz zum Sitzen für mehrere Personen.
Das grosse Tageslichtbad hat sowohl Badewanne als auch Dusche.

Wir wohnen als Paar hier, da das Sofa eine Schlafcouch ist, kann man in beiden Räumen schlafen.
Bettzeug, Handtücher etc. sind vorhanden.

Strassenbahn, S- und U Bahn sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
Direkt fussläufig um die Ecke gibt es ein Bäcker, Kiosk, verschiedene Supermärkte, unterschiedliche Restaurants, Imbisse, Bars und Geschäfte.

we sublet our flat from 22.-29. Dez.
The flat has 73qm2. With all costs including internet it is 250.- for the week.

The flat is quiet as it is not directly on the street, but the house is behind another house. It has a lot of space, and is super bright with kitchen, living room and balcony facing south.

The living room has a cosy fireplace! Wood is in the apartment.
In the kitchen is enough space to sit with a few people.
The bathroom has daylight and a bathtub as well as a shower.

We live here as a couple but the sofa works also as a bed so you could use both rooms for sleeping.

Metro and Tram are just a few minutes away.
Bakery, a few supermarkets, many restaurants, bars, stores and everything you might nice is also very close by foot.
