There is a train station ca.6-7 min by walk, 2 bus stations ca. 10 min, very good shopping facilities of all kinds 3-5 minutes by walk, tennis hall and restaurant right next to the house, the flat is located close to the road on one way, on the other surrounded by much nature-brook, trees, there is a forrest and jogging path right next to the train station.
Very nice neighbour-relations as well as responsible and caring house-lord.
The electricity is paid extra and you have to deal it on your own accordingly.
