Die Nachbarn sind sehr human und freundlich,-
Lovly 2 rooms apartment with all tools and needs for the daily life. The flat is very close to the Tempelhofer Feld (which is a disfunct airport and becomes nowadays a huge Park/ Field) less then 2 minutes by walk and it´s located in the beautiful Schillerkiez. The apartment is at the ground floor, quite bright and relishes a nice silent to the front and backyard.You´ve got a nice view to the green backyard from the huge balcony( raised ground flor].
Du hast eine geniale Verkehrsanbindung. In 7 Gehminuten bist du direkt an der U- Bahn Leinestr U8,[Party Train] mit der du in Nullkommanichts an der S-Bahn- und Bushaltestelle Hermannstr bist, als auch am Hermannplatz [Bus].
Der Schillerkiez ist inzwischen mit der angesagteste Teil in Neukölln, durch zahlreich vielfältigen Bars und Cafés, sowie reich an diversen kulinarischen Restaurants, Food Stores etc.
Zudem gibt es dieTanzbars "Promenaden Eck" und zweimal wöchentlich einen Wochenmärkt.
You´ve got a perfect traffic connection. In 7 minutes by food you´ll reach the train station U 8[Party train] Leinestr. It´s between the hub stops Herrmannplatz [busses] and Hermannstr.[ S trains,busses].
The Schillerkiez is one if not the place to be in Neukölln, with so many bars, restaurants, cafés and so on. Also it has got dancing bars as well as twice a week a weekly marktet.
Mir wäre(n) ein Langzeitmieter am liebsten, der/die die MIete, Kaution bezahlen kann/ können. Gerne auch welche die beruflich, studierend aktiv sind. Partys in der Wohnung sind nicht erwünscht. Auf Grund der Nachbarschaft....
Alle weiteren Features in und um die Wohnung erzähl ich euch wenn wir uns persönlich kennengerlernt haben. Die meisten Möbel, Ausstattung und ähnliches sind aus eigener Hand hergestellt.

I am looking for long term renter(s) who are able to pay the full rent, deposit and is/are a reliable person(s). You should be busy in Berlin as a student, worker, employee or the like. Home partys aren´t like seen here. Cause the neighbors... But you can use my Printer and my HD Beamer also.
All the rest I´m going to tell you by personal meeting. Home decorations are handmade
