Da ich im April 2017 in die Wohnung eingezogen bin, ist alles neu. Auch Boden und Wände wurden erst neu gemacht. Im Schlafzimmer steht ein bequemes Bett (1,60) und du kannst gerne die Hälfte meines Kleiderschrankes benutzen.
Im Wohnzimmer steht ein bequemes großes Sofa, Couch Tisch und ein Esstisch mit vier Stühlen. Außerdem gibt es einen Balkon, wo ebenfalls ein Tisch und zwei Stühle stehen. In der Küche gibt es ebenfalls eine kleine Sitzecke. Es ist alles nötige zum Kochen vorhanden.
I just moved into this flat in April 17'. The walls and the floor and the furniture is therefore new. You can sleep in a cozy bed (1,60m) and use part of my closet. There is a living room with a big, cozy sofa and dining area and the kitchen and the bathroom. In the kitchen is a coffeemashine, a water boiler and everything needed for cooking.
Die Wohnung liegt an der Grenze zwischen Mitte, Prenzlauerberg und Wedding. Du bist also schnell überall. Du kannst entweder mit der U8 (Bernauerstr/Voltastr) oder mit der Tram M10 (Bernauerstr) fahren.
Einige Gehminuten entfernt sind coole Bars, Restaurants und viele Cafés. Auch der Mauerpark ist etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
The best way to drive from my flat is with the U8 and the M10. The U8 is one Station away from rosenthaler Platz. There are a lot of nice bars and many restaurant. Here are many health and vegan opportunities to eat. One station later is Weinmeisterstraße where you can find the best shoppings locations if you ask me. And another station later you are at Alexanderplatz and can easily go everywhere. There are also several shopping possibilities. M10 goes to Prenzlauerberg and Friedrichshain. There you can find little stores many restaurants, cafes and bars. In Friedrichshain are also party locations.
