Wir vermieten Wohnungen tagsüber an Freelancer, Digital Nomads etc. die einen ruhigen Ort zum Arbeiten suchen und sich trotzdem heimisch fühlen möchten. Grundsätzlich wohnt der Eigentümer/ Mieter in der Wohnung, jedoch wird diese während der regulären Arbeitszeit während der sie normalerweise leer steht als Büro untervermietet.
Wir haben verschiedene Wohnungen und bieten Folgendes an:
-Wohnungen die komplett angemietet werden können – erkunde neue Nachbarschaften und Workspaces!
-Wohnungen bei denen wir mehrere Person zusammenbringen – lerne nette neue Leute kennen, gemeinsam macht das Arbeiten mehr Spaß!
Wohnungen werden normalerweise tageweise angemietet. Alle Wohnungen haben stabiles WiFi.

We rent out apartments to freelancers, digital nomads etc. who are looking for a quite workspace. Generally, the apartment is used by a tenant – however, during the day when the tenant is working/ not at home, it is being sublet.
We offer different options:
-Rent an entire apartment – explore new neighborhoods and Workspaces!
-We mix and match various people to work at the same apartment – meet new interesting people and socialize!
All apartments will be rented out on a daily basis and offer stable WiFi connection.
