Hallo du Suchende(r),
für 4 Wochen im März vermiete ich meine helle und sonnige 2-Zi-Wohnung nahe Maybachufer unter (Die Ein- und Auszugsdaten sind etwas flexibel). Die Wohnung befindet sich im ausgebauten Dachgeschoss eines Altbauhauses (5. OG, ohne Fahrstuhl) und verfügt neben den beiden sehr großen Zimmern über einen Flur, ein kleines aber feines Bad und eine voll augestattete und gemütliche Küche.
I am subletting my bright and sunny 2-room apartment near Maybachufer (the dates of moving in and moving out are somewhat flexible). The apartment is located on the top floor of an Altbau (5th floor, no elevator) and, in addition to the two very large rooms, has a hallway, a functional bathroom and a fully equipped and cozy kitchen.
Die U-Bahn-Stationen Schönleinstrasse und Kottbusser Tor sind einen Katzensprung entfernt (jeweils 3 und 7 Gehminuten), genauso wie diverse Supermärkte, Discounter, Drogerien und Bio-Läden. Auch das schöne Maybachufer samt dem bunten Wochenmarkt ist weniger als 500 Meter weit. Außerdem gibt es einen leckeren türkischen Imbiss und einen Späti direkt im Haus. Diverse Geschäfte, Cafes, Bars und alles andere, was das Herz begehrt, befindet sich in unmitelbarer Nähe. "Kreuzkölln" eben.
The "Schönleinstrasse" and "Kottbusser Tor" underground stations are really close by (3 and 7 minutes' walk respectively), as well as various supermarkets, discounters, drugstores and organic shops. The beautiful Maybachufer including the colorful weekly market is less than 500 meters away. There is also a delicious Turkish deli and a Späti directly in the house. Various shops, cafes, bars and anything else the heart could desire is in the immediate vicinity. "Kreuzkölln" as you'd expect it.
Meine Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es versteht sich hoffentlich von selbst, aber mir wäre es sehr wichtig, dass du mit meinen Sachen respektvoll umgehen kannst. Bitte keine Raucher.
