In unserer Bogenhausener WG wird zum 15.06. ein Zimmer frei. Es ist ca. 12 m² groß, hat zwei Fenster zum ruhigen Innenhof und einen hellen Laminatboden, wodurch die Atmosphäre sehr freundlich ist. Die wichtigsten Möbel, also Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch und Stuhl sind vorhanden. Es ist also alles zum Wohnen da, du kannst dem Zimmer aber auch noch deine eigene Note verleihen.
Außerdem gehört eine geräumige Küche zur Wohnung. Diese hat eine nagelneue Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine, großem Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Backofen mit Induktionsfeld und genug Stauraum für alle. Besteck, Geschirr, Töpfe und alles, was man sich zum Kochen wünschen kann, sind bereits vorhanden. Außerdem steht im verglasten Erker ein Esstisch mit vier Plätzen, an dem sich das WG-Leben abspielt.
Das kleine Bad mit Fenster verfügt über eine Badewanne. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich in einem Wandschrank im Flur, sodass die Waschgeräusche weder beim Aufenthalt in der Küche, noch im Bad stören. Schuhschränke im geräumigen Flur runden das Angebot ab.

A room is available in our Bogenhausen flat-sharing community as of 15.06.. It is approx. 12 m² in size, has two windows facing the quiet inner courtyard and a light laminate floor, which makes the atmosphere very friendly. The most important furniture, i.e. bed, wardrobe, desk and chair are available. So everything is there for you to live in, but you can also add your own touch to the room.
There is also a spacious kitchen in the flat. This has a brand new fitted kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, oven with induction hob and enough storage space for everyone. Cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and everything you could possibly want for cooking are already provided. In addition, there is a dining table with four seats in the glazed bay window, where flat-sharing life takes place.
The small bathroom with window has a bathtub. The washing machine is located in a wall cupboard in the hallway, so that the noise of the washing machine does not disturb either the kitchen or the bathroom. Shoe cupboards in the spacious hallway complete the offer.

Nahverkehr:
Die U-Bahn-Haltestelle "Böhmerwaldplatz" ist ca. 3 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Von hier fährt man 5 Minuten zum Odeonsplatz (Stadtmitte) und 8 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof.
Auto:
Die Wohnung liegt einige hundert Meter vom Mittleren Ring entfernt, der aber an dieser Stelle im Tunnel verläuft, wovon also keinerlei Geräuschbelästigung ausgeht. Dafür ist man sofort auf der Hauptverkehrsader Münchens und auch in wenigen Minuten auf der A94 richtung Passau oder der A8 richtung Salzburg.
Direkte Umgebung:
Die Wohnung liegt in einer großen Wohnanlage absolut ruhig mit grüner Aussicht. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einige Geschäfte und Supermärkte (REWE und Basic). Das richtige Stadtleben fängt eine U-Bahn-Station entfernt am Prinzregentenplatz an, wo es mehrere Restaurants, Bars und Theater gibt.
Local transport:
The underground stop "Böhmerwaldplatz" is about 3 minutes walk from the flat. From here it takes 5 minutes to Odeonsplatz (city centre) and 8 minutes to the main railway station.
Car:
The flat is a few hundred metres from the Mittlerer Ring, which runs through a tunnel at this point, so there is no noise pollution. On the other hand, you are immediately on Munich's main traffic artery and also in a few minutes on the A94 towards Passau or the A8 towards Salzburg.
Direct surroundings:
The flat is located in a large residential complex in an absolutely quiet area with a green view. There are several shops and supermarkets (REWE and Basic) in the immediate vicinity. The real city life starts one underground station away at Prinzregentenplatz, where there are several restaurants, bars and theatres.
Ihre beiden Mitbewohner sind Studenten. Sie sind beide sehr nette und höfliche Menschen und kochen gelegentlich zusammen oder unternehmen etwas anderes.
Her two flatmates are students. They are both very nice and polite people and occasionally cook together or do something else.
