A beautiful bright apartment, not chic & renovated but still very tasteful and cosy. The sun shines straight in.
Two rooms face the silent backyard.
One room is huge the other two still spacious and also the kitchen large enough for a dining table. all going from the big hallway.
The house is friendly and definitely not a place for parties, loud music etc.
The apartment is located in Neukoelln right next to the Tempelhofer Freiheit and Hasenheide (2 huge parks - the entrance to Hasenheide is right in our street) and the Neukölln Canal is a 15min walk away. The apartment is providing a quiet nights rest. Just around the corner are bars, clubs, restaurants and cafes to experience the busy berlin nightlife.also gym, yoga, etc, it's all right there. Kreuzkölln is the upcoming scene district of Berlin.
The flat is well connected and very close to public transport (2 minutes walk). Next to the apartment is the Subway U7 & U8 and the Buslines 194, 344, M29, M41 (to central station)

Currently I am staying with my partner in Berlin, so the apartment is free for a few month (min 2, perhaps more).
I am looking for respectful people, that enjoy their stay and feel at home, yet stay aware of their neighbours and surrounding in general.
