We rent our beautiful 2 room apartment for 2 months as we visit our family in Vietnam. The apartment is rented furnished. Mattresses are half a year old and can be shared with a mattress protection, wardrobe is vacated.

In the living room there is a small home cinema with large selection of films, a desk and sofa and table.

Fussläufig ist das Schloß Charlottenburg mit Schloßpark,und der Klausenerplatz Kiez erreichbar. Edeka und Lidl sind direkt um die Ecke. Zum S-Bhf Westend ist man 5 Min entfernt und so direkt am S- Bahn Ring. Der U-Bhf Kaiserdamm (U2) ist 10 Minuten enfernt. Mit dem Auto kommt man auch gleich auf den Stadtring.
Within walking distance is the castle Charlottenburg with castle park, and the Klausenerplatz Kiez reachable. Supermarkets Edeka and Lidl are just around the corner. The S-Bhf Westend is 5 minutes away and directly at the S-Bahn ring. The underground station Kaiserdamm (U2) is 10 minutes away. By car you can also get on the city ring.
Bei Vertragsabschluss wird eine Kopie vom Ausweis gemacht, bei der Schlüsselübergabe muss die erste Mietrate + Kaution auf unserem Konto verbucht sein. Die Wohnung wird sauber übergeben, das erwarten wir bei der Schlüsselrückgabe auch. Es wäre toll wenn die Untermieter Die Pflanzen gießen. Gerne kann die Wohnung vorher besichtigt werden. Familien mit Kind/ern gerne willkommen.
Upon conclusion of the contract, a copy of the ID card will be made, upon handover of the keys the first rental rate + deposit must be credited to our account. The apartment is handed over clean, we expect that when the keys are returned also. It would be great if the subtenants pour the plants. The apartment can be visited beforehand.
