Buscando buenos subleteres para mi piso desde: 24 de junio- el 14 de julio de 2025 (+/-)! Estoy viajando de nuevo y me gustaría ofrecer mi apartamento: Es muy soleado, acogedor, colorido, 71m2, con cocina totalmente equipada, baño con bañera, dos habitaciones (1.:king cama + 2.:pull out sofa), justo en el centro de Berlín, buen transporte público, cerca de Kreuzberg, Mitte y todas las otras grandes áreas. Gran mercado turco, principales atracciones turísticas y grandes parques al lado. Totalmente amueblado, WIFI, lavandería, todo está ahí! Es un lugar tranquilo. Por favor siéntase en casa :) 940€/ 2 personas. PS: mis disculpas pero sin mascotas y sin fumar.

Sie liegt direkt im Herzen von Berlin mit guter Anbindung, tollen Parks und spannenden Bezirken zum entdecken. 940€/2 Personen. PS: Es tut mir Leid nur Nichtraucher und keine Haustiere. Looking for nice subletters for my flat from: 24th of June- the 14th of July 2025 (+/-)! I am travelling again and would like to offer my flat: It’s very sunny, cozy, colourful, 71m2, with fully equiped large kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, two rooms (1.:king size bed+2.:pull out couch), right in the center of Berlin, good public transport, close to Kreuzberg, Mitte and all other great areas. Great turkish market, main tourist attractions and large parks next door. Fully furnished, WIFI, laundromat, everything is there! Its a peaceful place. Please do feel at home :) 940€/ 2 people.
