There are 7 rooms of different sizes (single and double rooms) in the house as well as two bathrooms and a big and well equipped kitchen (including a big dining table, which easily fits all house residents).
All rooms are fully furnished (bed, bed stand, dresser, desk/table with desk chair and lamp, wardrobe) and we also provide our residents with bed linens, pillows, blankets and towels that we wash and change for you regularly.
Please note that the sizes of the rooms vary. They range from 10m² to 19,29m² and respectively to the size the rent varies - please contact us for the exact prices for each room.
The house has a paved inner yard, where you can sit and enjoy the summer. You can also safely store your bicycle in the locked basement, which is located in the house next door. There you will also find a laundry room equipped with 2 washers and a dryer that you can use for free.
W-Lan is available and included in the rent.
A supermarket is located nearby (less than 5 minutes by foot). The main train station is also in walking distance (10 minutes) and you reach the next bus stop in 5 minutes by foot. The main building of the RWTH (University) can be reached by bus within 20 minutes.
In front of the house there is a city park with a basketball and football court as well as a playground.
Our residents/renters come from all over the world. Currently there are 4 renters living in the house from Germany, India and Thailand and not all are students. We welcome everybody and value an open, friendly and considerate atmosphere in the house, which is actively supported on-site by our staff that comes by the house regularly and is always available to help with any problems or questions that you might have.
