Wir suchen jemanden, der ein Zimmer in unserer Wohnung den gesamten Februar mieten möchte. Wir selbst sind vom 1. bis zum 19. nicht in Berlin. In der Zeit hättest du die Wohnung dann für dich alleine und danach müsstest du die Wohnung noch ein paar Tage mit uns als Paar teilen ;)
Die Miete für Febuar wäre insgesamt 550 Euro.
Theoretisch würden wir auch ab dem 23. vermieten, falls sich da zufällig jemand findet. Dann wären es 700 Euro.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 87 qm groß, dass Zimmer was wir vermieten wollen ist ca 25 qm.

We are looking for someone who would like to rent a room in our apartment for the whole of February. We ourselves are not in Berlin from the 1st to the 19th. During that time you would have the apartment to yourself and then you would have to share the apartment with us as a couple for a few days ;)
Theoretically, we would also rent out from the 23rd, if someone happens to be available.
The apartment is 87 square meters in total, the room we want to rent is about 25 square meters.

Die Wohnung ist in einer Seitenstraße vom Kottbusser Damm. Es ist also nicht so laut dort, man ist aber trotzdem zu Fuß in 5 Minuten bei der U8 und in 10 min am Kottbuser Tor. Supermarkt, Restaurants und Cafe alles in der Nähe.
The apartment is in a side street of Kottbusser Damm. So it is not so noisy there, but you can still walk to the U8 in 5 minutes and in 10 minutes to Kottbuser Tor. You can find supermarket, restaurants and cafes around the corner and in our street.
