Ich möchte für den Zeitraum vom 15.7-25.8.2023 meine schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in ruhiger Lage anbieten.
Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Zimmern (ein Wohn- und ein Schlafzimmer) einer kleinen Küche und einem Badezimmer. Alles ist in einem sehr guten neuen Zustand. Die Wohnung wird teilmöbliert vermietet (einen Teil der Möbel werde ich schon umziehen, aber Bett, Kleiderschrank, Sofa und Esstisch bleiben noch in der Wohnung). In der Küche gibt es eine Spül- & Waschmaschine. Besonders schön ist der kleine Balkon, von dem man direkt ins Grüne schaut und einen herrlichen Sonnenuntergang hinter dem Landgrafen beobachten kann.
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Wenigenjena, man ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß in der Innenstadt und in 3 Minuten an der Saale im Grünen. Außerdem ist ein Supermarkt und eine Apotheke direkt ums Eck.
Diw Vermietung wird von mir als Untermiete angeboten (mein Vermieter ist die Carl-Zeiss WG).

I would like to offer for the period of 15.7-25.8.2023 my beautiful 2-room apartment in a quiet location.
The apartment consists of 2 rooms (a living room and a bedroom) a small kitchen and a bathroom. Everything is in a very good new condition. The apartment is rented partially furnished (I will move some of the furniture already, but the bed, closet, sofa and dining table will still stay in the apartment). In the kitchen there is a dishwasher & washing machine. Especially nice is the small balcony, from which you can look directly into the greenery and watch a beautiful sunset behind the landgrave.
The apartment is located in the district Wenigenjena, you can walk to the city center in 15 minutes and in 3 minutes to the river Saale in the greenery. There is also a supermarket and a pharmacy just around the corner.
Diw rental is offered by me as a sublet (my landlord is the Carl-Zeiss WG).
I am happy about a message and would also offer a prior inspection.
