Das Haus ist wie folgt ausgestattet: Zu vermieten sind 6 möblierte Zimmer (zwischen 12 und 20qm) verteilt auf drei Etagen. Ausserdem gibt es eine Gemeinschaftsküche, ein Gemeinschaftswohnzimmer und einen Garten der mitbenutzt werden kann. Eine Waschmaschine steht im Keller zur Verfügung.
Das Haus ist komplett neu renoviert --> ERSTBEZUG!
Die Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet mit einem Schreibtisch + Stuhl, Bett und Matratze, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtischlampe und Nachtischlampe.
Es gibt im Haus insgesamt drei Badezimmern mit Dusche.
Im Mietpreis sind die Nebenkosten und Internetnutzung enthalten.
The house is equipped as follows: For rent are 6 furnished rooms (between 12 and 20sqm) spread over three floors. There is also a shared kitchen, a shared living room and a garden that can be shared. A washing machine is available in the basement.

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr guten und ruhigen Lage in der Clermontstraße 7.
Der Bahnhof Rothe Erde ist 3 min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Stadt ist in 10 Minuten (im drei Minuten Takt) mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Zum Aachener Hbf und Campus Melaten gelangt man innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Zug. Zum Kölner Hbf sind es 47 Minuten.
Esst Ihr gerne Döner? Rund um die Elsassstraße gibt es zahlreiche Dönerbuden und Restaurants.
Die Aachen Arkaden sind 3 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Dort gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein McFit Sportstudio.
The house is in a very good and quiet location at 7 Clermontstrasse.
Rothe Erde train station is a 3-minute walk away. The city can be reached in 10 minutes (every three minutes) by bus. Aachen Central Station and Melaten Campus can be reached by train in just a few minutes. It is 47 minutes to Cologne Central Station.
Do you like kebab? There are numerous kebab stands and restaurants around the Alsace Street.
The Aachen Arkaden are 3 minutes from the house. There are shops and a McFit sports studio.
Ausgiebige Partys sind nicht erlaubt, weil in der Nachbarschaft Familien wohnen die nicht gestört werden sollen. Deshalb sollte es nach 22 Uhr keinen großen Lärm geben.
Haustiere sind im Haus nicht gestattet.
Wichtig ist ein Sinn für Ordnung und Sauberkeit! Nur so kann ein gutes WG-Leben funktioniere
