We have 3 rooms to rent in a big nice 4 floor house:
One of the rooms is a big one (18 sq feet) and built-in closet, air conditioning and double bed. (425 €/month)
Another one is a bit smaller (15 sq feet) and also with a built-in closet and double bed. (400 €/month)
The third is a large room ('bout 23 sq feet, great also for couples) with private double bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning, built-in closets and it's own small terrace. (500 €/month one person or 600 €/month two)
The house is in Vallcarca. It's a house shared by students so close to the subway (Vallcarca L3) and the bus stop. It has two living rooms, an office/place to study or accomodate friends in case of a visit, two big terraces, an also big and complete kitchen-office (dishwasher, freezer, oven, vitro...) and parking.
We live here a girl and three boys between 22 and 27 years old. We are all friends and we are looking for people about our age willing to share our place and its good vibes with us. The house is quite big and has its own garage and it allows to enjoy the moments together and with friends and also the peace of having ur own space.
