Spacious family house with 3 bedrooms and all you need to feel at home. There are 4 floors, so you can easily find enough space for yourself. Also perfect for home office. It is in the city with great connection – but very quiet and green, and you have your own garden. A little urban oasis :)
We will be away for around 3 months and looking for a subletter – dates are flexible!
The accommodation is very good connected to public transport: only 300 meter to next tram station and 10 minutes walking to next S-Bahn "Karlshorst"). The lively area Friedrichshain is very close (around 20min with public transport or by car), with lots of restaurants, cultural possibilities, shopping and bars. "Alexanderplatz" ist reachable in around half hour with public transport or by car, same goes for "Friedrichstraße".
The idyllic area "Prinzenviertel" in Karlshorst is very charming, with lots of old villas and adorable gardens. Central but quiet and green ...
There is a nice park called "Seepark " just around the corner with several playgrounds. Also the city forest "Wuhlheide" is in walking distance and the "Park Wuhlheide" is perfect for outdoor sports. You can find a big organic shop and several supermarkets very close by (all around 10min walking), you can also find some great restaurants here. Müggelsee ist also quite close.
