In the famous Torstrasse (galleries and shops & resturant), a 34mq apartment- all for you - with a large living room, a kitchen/dining room and a bathroom (with bathtub and shower function). The bedroom faces the inside (green) yard. There is parking space for bicycles.

The Subway station is 50 mt close. You can reach the apartment from the main station with 6€ taxi or two Subway stops; or from Tegel airport with 16€ taxi.
The apartment is located at the second floor (US second floor). In the bedroom there is a 2 double bed (160x200cm), with a real, thick mattress.
The building is dated 1886 (under historical heritage protection by the city) and all of the floors have parquet; there is decoration on the (high) ceiling. The apartment has two windows in the garden.
The kitchen is small, yet I lived in this apartment with my girlfriend for two years and had no problem in preparing dinner even for many guests (and I am Italian, so I love cooking!). There is also a small oven with vent function. All stoves and cutlery are refurbished every three months.
