I am looking for someone to take over my cosy 2-room apartment (1 living room, 1 bedroom) including all the furnitures (kitchen,bed,closet,etc) from 1 May, 2017 (other possible dates can be discussed). The fee for the furnitures is 650Euro.
Other facilities: basement, share areas for storage and drying clothes.
The neighbours are very friendly.
The apartment is very close to TU Dresden and Max Planck Institute for the physics of complex systems (10minutes by walking). The transportation is very convenient (5minutes to 62 and 85 bus station, 10 minutes to Tram 3 station).
The supermarket Lidl is next to the apartment (less than 5 minutes by walking), and there are many other choices --- Netto, Konsum (about 10 minutes by walking), Aldi, Kaufland.
