Private room & garden, close to city!

Hi!
This house is close to Veddel S-bahn. You can walk to the station in about 10 mins and from there the train takes 6 mins to Hauptbahnhof or 9 mins to Jungfernsteig. So you're not far from the city centre! The busstop is right outside the gate to the house, or 1 min from the door. The bus gets you to Berliner Tor in about 10 mins and to Veddel S-bahn in 5 mins.

You will have a private room, and the room is huge (44sqm). There is one double bed in it, as well as 1 double sofa bed. It is not fancy but it has everything you'll probably need, like a desk, wardrobe, chair, hairdryer, mirror and the like.

The room overlooks a garden, and as this is a room in a bungalow, you will have access to the winter garden, as well as the garden outside.

Of course, we have a fully equipped kitchen, with stoves, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toasters, sandwhich makers, etc.

The bathroom also has all the amenities - bathtub, toilet, sink, washing machine.

House comes with wifi and heating. There is also a hotel/restaurant right across the street, and there is a supermarket about 5 mins walk away.

I also have a cat, so this is a good place if you like cats.

It's a great place to stay! The garden adds a nice touch and its relaxing to be in so much nature! Best thing is that it's not far away from the city! The other people who live in this house are also very nice and good humoured!
