Beautiful, bright room in the north-east of Ingolstadt, close to the city.
The room is very inviting with a balcony facing the sunny side. On the balcony you have a beautiful view of the large garden, which is of course available to all WG members without restriction. You do not share the balcony with any roommate. Thus, it can be used individually.
Like the room, the bathroom is located on the 1st floor.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (stove, dishwasher, fridge, ...) with dining area as well as a living room / common room with terrace and garden access.
Washer, dryer and ample storage space are available in the basement.
Ground floor and basement are available to all roommates.
The garden has about 150m² and can of course be used by everyone.
Every 6 weeks the WG has sweeping service, which means that in winter the sidewalk along Konradstrasse must also be cleared around the forecourt of the house (approx. 40m).
