Das Haus hat 50 m² und ist ein Nebengebäude auf einem Grundstück mit Haupthaus, Scheune und Garten. Es ist sehr gemütlich und geeignet für eine Person oder ein Paar, da es offen gebaut ist.
Eingerichtet ist es mit Esstisch, Bett (140x200), Schrank, Küchenmöbeln und einer Couch. Da es nur einen Holzofen als Heizung hat, wird es nur bis Oktober vermietet. Wenn jemand allerdings bereit ist, mit Holz zu heizen, vermiete ich es gerne auch länger.
Im unteren Stockwerk befindet sich die Küche mit einem kleinen Esstisch, einer Küchenzeile und einer Einbauspüle mit integriertem Kühlschrank und 2 Kochplatten, dem Bad und eine kleine Sitzecke. Oben ist es mit Schreibtisch, Bett und Schrank ausgestattet. Derzeit richte ich es gerade noch ein.
It is a cosy 50 m² house with 2 storeys. Downstairs you will find the bathroom, a kitchen with a zink, fridge and a stove with 2 stoveplates. Also there is a table and chairs and a small living-room area with a couch.
Upstairs there is a bed (140x200), a wardrobe and a desk. I am still furnishing the house.
Since there is only an oven that is heated by wood, I rent out the house from May to 15th October. If you are willing to heat with wood, you may rent it longer.
Walzbachtal-Wössingen ist sehr gut an Karlsruhe angebunden. In 25 Minuten ist man am KIT. Dreimal pro Stunde fährt eine Stadtbahn nach Karlsruhe, die direkt vor dem KIT hält. Für Studenten gibt es ein günstiges Halbjahrestickets. Vom Haus bis zur Haltestelle sind es 3 Gehminuten.
Alle Läden sowie das Rathaus befinden sich in der Nähe des Hauses.
Walzbachtal befindet sich im Kraichgau. Die Gegend ist hügelig und sehr schön. Um Wössingen herum gibt es Wälder und Wiesen und zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Die nächste Stadt - Bretten - ist 10 km entfernt.
Walzbachtal-Wössingen is perfectly connected to Karlsruhe. Within 25 minutes your are at KIT. 3 times an hour the train leaves for Karlsruhe - and back and it stops right in front of the KIT. For students there is a cheap half year ticket. You walk 3 minutes from the house to the station.
Als shops and the townhall you can reach within a 5 minute walk.
The area around Walzbachtal-Wössingen is hilly and there are great possiblilities for walks and bicycle rides.
The next city - Bretten - is 10 km away.

I am looking for tenants who treat the house well. There are other people living in the main house, please treat them friendly and with respect. If you wish to have a barbecue in the garden, you may use the grill in the garden.
