The older semi-detached house is in a suburb of Erlangen and is easy to reach by bike. On the 1st floor are three rooms and a bathroom with daylight and a bathtub. A fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a toilet with shower are on the ground floor. The basement can be used as a storage room and laundry room.
The house has oil central heating.The garden may be fully used. Parking is available in the courtyard entrance. Bicycles can be parked in the annex building.
