I am subletting my fully furnished room in a house shared with a family with kids. The room is is totally separate and bathroom is free most of the time. The Kitchen is shared with a family. With the window there is a beautiful view of garden and room is bright.
Ich vermiete mein voll möbliertes Zimmer in einem Haus, das ich mit einer Familie mit Kindern teile. Das Zimmer ist völlig separat und das Badezimmer ist die meiste Zeit frei. Die Küche wird mit einer Familie geteilt. Durch das Fenster hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Garten und das Zimmer ist hell.
Location is really good as you can reach at bus stop in 3 to 4 minutes of walk. Super markets like Rewe, Netto can be easily accessible by bus in 4 to 5 mins. OTH Regensburg is 10 mins away by Bus and University of Regensburg is also 10 mins away by public transport. Neighbourhood of the house is also nice.
Die Lage ist wirklich gut, da Sie die Bushaltestelle in 3 bis 4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen können. Supermärkte wie Rewe und Netto sind mit dem Bus in 4 bis 5 Minuten bequem zu erreichen. Die OTH Regensburg ist mit dem Bus 10 Minuten entfernt und die Universität Regensburg ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ebenfalls 10 Minuten entfernt. Die Nachbarschaft des Hauses ist auch schön.
The room is available for the period of 8th April, 2024 till 10th May, 2024 and the rent is 350€ for complete period. Anmeldung is not possible. Only serious people who are in need of a room for a month can contact me on WhatsApp.
