The house is located at Alpenrosenstr.18 (5 min walk to Kaufland, 11 min to MPI-IS by bus and 15 min by bike), and the community is quiet and convenient. The house has 1 fully equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators, two full bathrooms and a one just Toilette. Washing machine is provided in the basement. A beautiful garden is provided for relaxation and barbecue and parking bikes.
The four roommates are all phd students in Stuttgart and employees of Bosch and Mercedes Benz. No bad habbits and really quite, respect each other and friendly.
This room is at the first floor and around 15 m^2 that is furnished. The rent without additional cost is 450 € per month (420 for the first year), including existing furniture and use of equipment, the flat rate for ancillary costs is 70 € per month, and the electricity fee and internet share is 24 €, also 10 € per month for two cleaning services for general space is needed. So, the total rent is 554 € per month
