In a quiet part of Berlin-Charlottenburg, just 8 minutes walk from the S-bahn station Messe Süd (S3,S9), and 15 minutes from the lake Halensee, we are renting out living containers as short-middle term accommodation, studios or any other reasonable purpose.
The containers are 16M² and are furnished with one single bed, a locker and have laminat floor.
For the containers we have common areas that include a very large terrace (with grass), garden (where you can feel free to plant vegetables, flowers or anything else), a fully equipped shared kitchen, eating area, toilets, showers and washing machines.
You have to understand that this place is not a standard apartment building in the city, and does not fit to every person. You have to go outside to go between the containers.
We are looking for people who can live with others in respect and harmony, and take part in this great community. We expect attending the monthly gathering of us, and as well taking part in our cleaning schedule.
The price is 300€/month and includes all costs.
Come and enjoy a quiet, young and free atmosphere in (almost) the center of Berlin.

Wir vermieten Wohn-Container von 16M² als kurz-, oder mittelfristige Wohnlösung, Studio oder einfach zum ausruhen, aber als teil einer Community. Die Anlage befindet sich in Berlin-Charlottenburg/Grünewald, ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß von S-bahnhof Messe Süd (S3/S7) und 15 min von Halensee.
Wir möchten hier eine kleine Nachbarschaft aufbauen, wo alle miteinander klar-kommen und jede/n akzeptieren und respektieren. Dazu gehört auch ein monatliches Meeting und teilnehmen unseres Putzplans.
Gerne feiern wir zusammen, kochen wir gemeinsam, und Meditation, Yoga, Sport oder Spazier-gehen.
Jeder Container beinhaltet ein Einzelbett, Locker und Elektroradiator und ist mit Laminat verlegt. Gemeinsam genutzt werden eine sehr große Terrasse, Garten, Küche (komplett eingerichtet), Essraum, Duschen ,WC´s und Waschmaschinen. Das Leben in einer Containeranlage passt nicht zu jeder Person. Der Weg von einem Container zum anderen ist draußen, auch im Winter :)
Im Preis (300€/Monat) sind Alle Kosten (Strom, Nebenkosten, Internet und ctra) inklusiv
Kommt und genießt eine junge und freie Atmosphäre und die ländliche Ruhe im Zentrum von Berlin.
