ich vermiete für zwei Wochen mein WG-Zimmer in der Simon-Dach-Straße. Das Zimmer ist recht klein dafür aber hell, mit geilem Dielenboden und schönem Ausblick auf die Baumkronen der Simon-Dach-Straße. Dazu kommt ein ausklappbares Schalfsofa und Schreibtisch.
Es handelt sich um einen modernisierter Altbau mit Stuck an der Decke.

Hi,
I'm renting out my room in Simon-Dach-Straße for a fortnight. The room is quite small but bright, with great floorboards and a beautiful view of the treetops of Simon-Dach-Straße. There is also a fold-out sofa bed and desk.
It is a modernised old building with stucco on the ceiling.
Der Boxhagener-Kiez dürfte dem ein oder anderen vielleicht schon bekannt sein, ist echt ne ziemlich geile Ecke.
Nahverkehr-Anbindung ist top. Straßenbahn fährt einem quasi über den Fuß, wenn man aus der Haustür kommt und bis zum U+S-Bahnhof Warschauer Straße sind es auch nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch sehr gut. Um die Ecke haben wir Aldi und einen 24-Stunden-REWE.

Local traffic connection is top. The tram is practically running over your foot when you come out of the front door and it is only a two minute walk to the U+S station Warschauer Straße. Shopping facilities are also very good. Around the corner we have Aldi and a 24-hour REWE
In der WG wohnen nur entspannte, aufgeschlossene Leute, die für ihr Alter erstaunlich wenig Chaos in der Wohnung aufkommen lassen. Das WG-Leben ist absolut unkompliziert. Einerseits haben wir relativ engen Kontakt, andererseits macht jeder sein Ding.
Only relaxed, open-minded people live in the flat-sharing community, and there is surprisingly little chaos in the flat for their age. Life in the flat-sharing community is absolutely uncomplicated. On the one hand, we have relatively close contact, on the other hand, everyone does their own thing.
