its in the heart of Friedrichshain.

you have Rummelsburg very near where u can join in the water and nature.

public transport is really good, , tram, U-bhan and S-bhan and all kinds in less than 5 min walk.

El lugar es agradable y muy agradable, grande y brillante. Hay una terraza muy agradable donde disfrutar de un poco de sol en verano. con vista a la torre de televisión. (lo podemos ver desde la terraza)

Barrio es agradable, bares completos, restaurante y transporte público,

La habitación es súper grande y todo está completamente amueblado. También cocina completa , + todas las cosas de limpieza (vacuo, etc)

Nos centramos mucho en el trabajo, pero compartimos cuando tenemos tiempo y queremos.

Tratamos de crear una comunidad amigable donde , todos compartimos y nos convertimos en buenos para vivir con. Basado en la confianza,

donde no sólo para personas egoístas que actúan como ellos viven en su propio albergue. pero más de una comunidad amigable
donde puedes contar con el otro si necesitas algo.

Pero también donde tenemos nuestro espacio para trabajar o tener nuestro espacio íntimo también. :)

The place is friendly and very nice, big and bright. There is a really nice terrace where to even enjoy some sun on summer. with view to TV tower. ( we can see it from the terrace)

Neighbourhood is nice , full bars , restaurant and public transport,

Room is super big and all is completely furnished. Also full kitchen stuff , + all cleaning stuff (vacuum, etc)

We re very focus in work, but we share when we have time and want.

We re trying to create a friendly community where , we all share and become good fit to live with. Based on trust,

where not only for selfish people who act like they live in their own in a hostel. but more of a friendly community
where u can count on the other if u need anything.

But also where we have our space to work or have our intimate space too. :)
