Du ziehst zu einem Zeitpunkt ein, in dem sich das WG Leben komplett neu sortiert, da ich und ein anderer Mitbewohner ausgezogen sind. Aktuell wohnt noch Ivo in der Wohnung und Moritz zieht mit dir neu ein in das andere Zimmer. Ziel für die beiden ist es ein lebendiges WG leben zu führen, mit viel täglicher Action in der Küche und auch gemeinsam außerhalb der WG.

Ivo (26) ist ein offenherziger Mensch mit einer friedlichen Ader. Er ist immer interessiert neue Leute kennenzulernen, bricht gerne aus seiner Bubble heraus, geht gerne tiefgehende Gespräche und ist ein guter Zuhörer. Er ist seit letztem Jahr neu nach Berlin gekommen und freut sich darauf Leute zu finden zum Basketball spielen, herumalbern, diskutieren und tanzen gehen. Beruflich ist Ivo als Produkt Manager in einem Startup für erneuerbare Energien tätig, und gibt sich viel Mühe, dass die Welt jeden Tag ein Stück weniger Scheiße wird.

Moritz (26) ist ebenfalls vor Kurzem erst nach Berlin gekommen und ist gerade dabei sich einzurichten. Genau wie Ivo lernt Moritz immer gerne neue Menschen kennen und schätzt den sozialen Austausch sehr. In seiner Freizeit geht er häufig zum Sport, geht gerne Kaffee trinken oder auch abends los um feiern zu gehen. Moritz arbeitet remote als Data Scientist und ist daher tagsüber meistens zuhause.

You are moving in at a time when the shared apartment (WG) life is completely reorganizing, as I and another roommate have moved out. Currently, Ivo still lives in the apartment, and Moritz will be moving in with you into the other room. The goal for both of them is to create a lively WG life, with lots of daily activity in the kitchen and spending time together outside the apartment as well.

Ivo (26) is a warm-hearted person with a calm nature. He is always interested in meeting new people, enjoys stepping out of his bubble, likes deep conversations, and is a good listener. He moved to Berlin last year and is looking forward to finding people to play basketball with, joke around, have discussions, and go dancing. Professionally, Ivo works as a Product Manager at a renewable energy startup and puts in a lot of effort to make the world a little less shitty every day.

Moritz (26) also recently moved to Berlin and is in the process of settling in. Like Ivo, Moritz enjoys meeting new people and values social interactions. In his free time, he frequently works out, likes going for coffee, and enjoys going out in the evenings to party. Moritz works remotely as a Data Scientist, so he is usually at home during the day.

Der Mietpreis versteht sich all-inclusive: Miete, Möbel, Internet, Strom, Heizung.
Die Vermietung wird vorerst auf ein Jahr befristet, mit der Option ein weiteres Jahr zu verlängern.
Auch kurzfristigere Vermietungen (nur ein paar Monate) sind grundsätzlich möglich.

The rental is initially limited to one year, with the option to extend for a further year.
