Ich bin für ein paar Wochen unterwegs, deshalb ist mein Zimmer in dieser Zeit frei. Die angegebene Gesamtmiete ist für die angegeben Dauer von 25 Tagen.
Das ca. 20qm große Zimmer hat einen Balkon, der mit Klappbänken/Liegewiese ausgestattet ist und den alle WG-Bewohner auch ab und an nutzen. Auf diesem lässt es sich wunderbar entspannen!
Außerdem gibt es in dem Zimmer eine Couch mit Couchtisch, einen Fernseher, ein Klavier, ein Schrank, ein Hochbett und eine Kommode. Ein Highlight sind unter anderem der leuchtende Sternhimmel, die Gardinen, mit denen das Zimmer komplett verdunkelt werden kann (nach langen Nächten ;-) ) und natürlich der direkte Zugang zum Balkon! =)
In der Wohnung gibt es 2 Bäder (eins mit Dusche und Toilette, und eins mit Waschbecken und Waschmachine). Das schöne für die Abwaschmuffel: einen Geschirrspühler gibt es natürlich auch ;-)
Besichtigungen sind nach Absprache möglich, da ihr doch eine gewisse Zeit mit meinen Mitbewohnern zusammenleben werdet, wäre eine persönliche Besichtigung wünschenswert. Wenn sonst alles passt, sollte es allerdings online auch möglich sein.

I am travelling for a few weeks, so you are welcome to rent my room for this time. The rent is for the duration of the 25 days.
The room has about 20 sqm, has a balcony (which just got pimped last spring, just look at the pics ;-) ), a couch, a TV and a loft bed. There is also a Star night sky where you can stargaze from the bed ;-)
There are two bath rooms in the flat, one with a shower and the other one with the toilette.
If you want to take a look at the room, you can come and visit us. Since you will live with my room mates for quite some time, we would prefer to meet you in person! If everything else matches well we can try to skype as well ;-)
Die Niederbarnimstraße schließt sich direkt der berühmten Simon-Dachstraße an (3 Minuten zu Fuß). Hier seid ihr mitten drin im Sceneviertel Friedrichshain. Direkt vor der Tür gibt es unzählige Restaurants und sehr viele interessante Läden zum stöbern.
Verkehrstechnisch seid ihr über die U5 (4 Minuten Fußweg) Richtung Alexanderplatz, Hbf und die Ringbahn (Frankfurter Allee) sehr gut angebunden. Auch mit der M10 seid ihr sehr schnell in Kreuzberg oder Richtung Prenzlauer Berg unterwegs.

The flat is directly located to the famous Simon-Dach-Street with many bars and restraurants closeby. There are many other cool stores as well.
The next subway is about 4 minutes walk and its easy to get to Alexanderplatz (about 10 minutes), the main train station and to the ring train (Frankfurter Allee). With the M10 its easy to get to Kreuzberg or towards Prenzlauer Berg.
Meine zwei Mitbewohner sind mein Cousin Max und Iggy. Da Iggy aus Kanada ist, könnt ihr Englisch mit ihm sprechen. Die beiden sind sehr gesellig und sind Abends auch mal gerne unterwegs. ;-)
Wir sind auch sehr verbunden mit unserern 4 Nachbar:innen, wir haben jeweils unsere Schlüssel und sind quasi fast eine 7er WG =D
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit allem was man zum Leben braucht inkl. Geschirrspüler. ;-)
Wir suchen einen netten, unkomplizierten Studenten, Sprachschüler oder Berufstätigen, der übergangsweise ein Zimmer für die zwei Monate sucht.

My two room mates, my Cousin Max and Iggy are really easy-going and sometimes like to go out or do cool stuff in the evening. Since Iggy is Canadian, he does not fluently speak German ;-)
We feel very connected to our 4 neighbors. We have each others keys and practically we are a 7 person WG. It never gets boring ;=D
The flat has everything you need, like a dish washer, a washing machine and so on.
We are looking for a nice, uncomplicated student, language student or professional, who would like to move in for those two months.
Die angegebene monatliche Miete ist inkl. aller Kosten wie Strom, Internet, Heizung, GEZ usw....
Es wäre gut, wenn ihr mir zwecks Kontaktaufnahme eine Nachricht mit eurem Namen, Alter und Tätigkeit und Telefonnumer schickt. Ich kontaktiere euch dann, falls ihr gut in unsere WG passen solltet. Bitte verzeiht es mir, wenn ich es nicht schaffe zu antworten. Das letzte Mal gab es mehr als 100 Nachrichten in den ersten 24h, da schaffe ich es einfach nicht, allen zu antworten ... da ihr die Anzeige aufmerksam gelesen habt: beginnt eure Nachricht mit "Liebe Traumtänzer, ... " das hilft uns enorm, den SPAM auszusortieren ;-)
