Welcome in Friedrichshain a special urban district in the middle of everything what your heart needs in Berlin. Galleries, bars, restaurants, fleamarkets, Eastside Gallery, Warschauer Bridge, TV Tower, Mauerpark, clubs, concerts, Mercedes Benz Arena the River Spree and much more is around.
The apartment is in the rear house and it's still very quite and cozy. It isn't a party flat. Best, it is pretty sunny. All windows to the south. Yes!
You will sleep in the cozy and sunny room. Its in the typical Berlin building and not directly at the street.
The room has a bed and a second loft bed. Both 100*200. There is also a small cupboard, a huge wardrobe and direct view to the sunny inner yard from a little hammock, which is perfect for reading, hearing podcasts or just hangin' around.
There is a kitchen and a tiny typical Fhain shower room + extra WC. Yes, we have a dishwasher, gas stove, fridge and a washing mashine too. Modern life is waiting for you.
There is a french press for coffe and the italian mokka maker. You can choose every day what you want. Life is good.
You should be an open minded and responsible person. Even if the flat has it's old character. I prefere it clean and relaxed. If you prefere to leave your hair in the shower search for an other home of your hair saloon. Cleaning after cooking/keeping care after yourself should be a must.
If you search for a calm home, chats about life, walks around Berlin, cooking, sometimes a tea or whatever together write me.
I love pilates, ballet, yoga, swimming, cycling, reading, snorkeling, traveling, walks with my dog & concerts. Doing sports almost each day and studying a lot online from home. My schedule is packed. Iam into IT, Html, Python, CSS and other programming treasures at the moment. Working from home.
Do you know how to open the windows for fresh air? Do you have a job? Or do you study? Please no home office! You should work and study outside of the flat. If all fits, then text me.
Please no party folks. I prefere an alcohol free home. I don’t smoke neither. Don‘t waste yours and my time 🙏🏽 We all will find a good flatmate match.
