Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete

Hi,

wegen kurzfristiger Absage meiner Zwischenmieterin inseriere ich noch einmal neu..

leider hat uns unsere Untermieterin aufgrund privater Gründe kurzfristig abgesagt. Wir (aktuell m, w, w) suchen zum
01.05. eine Zwischenmieterin (w) für mein 15-qm-Zimmer. Die Wohnung ist ein sanierter Altbau die WG, große Wohnküche, Balkon, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine, + trockenen Keller. Gesucht wird eine Mitbewohnerin (w). Tiere eventuell und nach Absprache möglich, möglichst NR, Du solltest offen für alle Arten der Ernährung (veg. + Fleischesser) und gern auch sexuell sehr open minded sein. Wir leben hier eine offene F+ auch miteinander innerhalb der WG. Besichtigung entweder via Zoom, Teams o.ä. oder den kommenden Wochen. Schreib gern, wer Du bist und was Du machst. Ob Studi oder Prakti oder im Job / Alter ist uns relativ egal, Hauptsache Du bist nett und es passt zwischen allen Mitwohnenden. :-) lg Paula....

Unfortunately, our subtenant canceled us at short notice due to personal reasons. We (currently m, f, f) are looking for
01.05. a temporary tenant (f) for my 15 sqm room. The apartment is a renovated old building, the shared apartment, large kitchen-living room, balcony, washing machine and dishwasher, + dry cellar. We are looking for a roommate (f). Animals possible and possible by arrangement, if possible NR. You should be open to all types of diet (vegetarian + meat eater) and also be very sexually open minded. We live an open Frienship + here, including with each other within the shared apartment. Viewing either via Zoom, teams or similar or in the coming weeks. Feel free to write who you are and what you do.
