Zimmer in einer 2er WG zum Zwischenmieten

In der näheren Umgebung befindet sich der Rummelsburger See, Supermärkte wie Aldi, Kaufland, Rewe sind fußläufig erreichbar, auch Spätis, Cafés und Restaurants sind sehr nah. Für den öffentlichen Nahverkehr sind die U5, S5, S7 und S75 in fünf Gehminuten erreichbar, somit ist man in 15 min am Alexander Platz.

Mein Name ist Kaizhi und ich studiere Philosophie und Musikwissenschaft an der Humboldt-Universität. Gerade schreibe ich meine Bachelorarbeit und werde in ein paar Monaten das Studium abschließen. Vor meinem Studium in Deutschland habe ich als Autodesigner sieben Jahre in China gearbeitet.

Ich lese gerne und viel. Ich fahre oft Rad und spiele 2–3 mal wöchentlich Badminton. Daneben nehmen Konzertgitarre spielen, singen im HU-Chor und chinesisch kochen, einen Großteil meiner Zeit ein.

Entspannte und tiefe Gespräche machen mir besonders viel Freude.
Ich lege viel Wert auf Sauberkeit, Ordnung und Rücksichtnahme aufeinander, beispielsweise, dass der Abwasch immer direkt gemacht wird. Mir wäre es wichtig, dass die gemeinsame Wohnung ein ruhiger Ort ist.

Die Miete für das Zimmer beträgt 390 Euro warm, inklusive Internet. Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt. Zudem suche ich eine*n Nichtraucher*in. Da es sich um eine Zwischenmiete handelt, ist eine Anmeldung leider nicht möglich.

I am looking for a temporary tenant for a cozy 14 sqm room (the whole apartment is 55 sqm). The room is west facing, very bright and has beautiful light blue walls. The apartment is located in an old building with high ceilings, so the room is equipped with a loft bed and the lower floor can be used as a study.

In the vicinity is the Rummelsburger See, supermarkets are within walking distance, also Spätis, cafes and restaurants are very close. For public transport, the S5, S7 and S75 are within a five-minute walk, so you can be at Alexander Platz in 15 min.

Something about me:
My name is Kaizhi and I study philosophy and musicology at Humboldt University. I am currently writing my bachelor thesis and will graduate in a few months. Before studying in Germany, I worked as a car designer in China for seven years.

I like reading a lot. I often ride my bike and play badminton 2-3 times a week. Besides that, playing concert guitar, singing in the HU choir and cooking Chinese food take up a lot of my time.
