Während meiner Abwesenheit biete ich meine freundliche Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an.
Es herrscht ein positives Ambiente durch genügend Licht und die Grünflächen, die man aus den Fenstern sieht (Seitenflügel und daher auch sehr ruhig).
Die Wohnung ist voll eingerichtet und teilt sich in ein Arbeitszimmer und ein großes Wohnzimmer, was auch als Schlafzimmer dient. Die Küche ist natürlich getrennt und bietet alles was man braucht, inklusive Sitzmöglichkeit.
Als Bett gibt es die angenehme 180 cm x 200 cm Variante, weshalb die Wohnung auch für ein Pärchen geeignet ist.
Die Wohnung ist nicht für laute Partymacher geeignet, da es einen respektvollen Umgang mit den Nachbarn in dem Haus gibt.
Zur nächsten U-Bahn Station läuft man 3 Minuten (Ubhf Karl-Marx-Str). Der Kiez ist mitten in Neukölln aber durch seinen einzigartigen Dorf-Charme sehr ruhig und angenehm. Wer mehr Neukölln Gefühl will, läuft nur ein paar Minuten und ist Mitten im Geschehen.
Bars, Supermärkte, Einkaufsläden, Restaurants und derartiges, alles ohne Umstände in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen.
Die Miete von 650 Euro monatlich teilt sich in 500 Grundkosten und 150 Euro Nebenkosten auf.
Für ein Pärchen müsste ich noch mal um 80 Euro mehr im Monat bitten (Es handelt sich um einen sehr teuren elektrischen Durchlauferhitzer für warmes wasser leider)
Außerdem würde ich um 200 Euro Kaution bitten.

Hi,
During my time of asbsence I sublet my frienldy Flat. U can find here a positive ambience with a lot of light und green if u look out of the window (the flat is in the backyard and therefore very calm).
The flat is fully furnished and devided into an office room and living room with bed. The kitchen is seperate and fully equipped.
The Bed is 180x200 cm and therefore also suits couples.
The flat is not suitable for loud party people as we neighbours respect each others privacy in that house.
The next metro is in 3 min walking distance (Ubhf Karl-Marx-Str).
The neighbourhood is charming and quiet. U can find everything u want in near walking distance.
The rent is 500 cold plus 150 Euro charges. In total 650 Euro per month. In case of a couple i would have to charge an exta 80 Euros per month as the warm water is generated by a very expensive eletric way.
200 EUR deposit.
