Wir suchen einen Mitbewohner für ein schönes, großes möbliertes Zimmer. Die Wohnung ist mit den wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet, zB einer Waschmaschine, Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine und hat schnelles Internet.
Das Zimmer ist ca 28qm groß und sehr hell. Zur Ausstattung gehört ein großes Bett, Schrank und ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl. Die Wohung hat drei Zimmer, eine Küche mit Sitzgelegenheit und Bad mit Wanne und Dusche. Außerdem stehen Bügelutensilien und sonstige Haushaltsausrüstung parat. Internet Flat ist im Mietpreis inklusive. Die Nachbarschaft ist super nett, Cafes Bars, Restaurant, Parks und der Kanal sind nur einige Schritte weit. Dazu gibt es eine gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.
Du solltest ein entspannter Typ sein, es muss halt einfach passen. Das Zimmer ist ab Anfang Dezember frei und erstmal bis Ende Februar /Mai befristet. Falls Du länger bleiben willst, melde dich trotzdem, wir finden sicher eine Lösung.

We are looking for a flatmate for a nice, big room with furniture. The apartment has all the necessary utilities such as washing mashine, dishwasher and fast WIFI-internet.
The room is ~28m² and gets of light over the day. It is furnished with a large bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a desk chair. The flat is situated on the 2rd floor. It is clean, tidy and generally quiet. In the flat are three bedrooms, a bathroom with a tub and a kitchen with a dining table, as well as a small utility room featuring a washing machine, an ironing board, a and other household equipment. Internet is included in the rent. The area is very pleasant, with lots of shops and cafes nearby, as well as the canal and a couple of parks.
You should be easy going, just like we are. The room is available from December until end of February or May, if you want to stay longer please get in touch with us, we can surely find a suitable solution.
