Just move in smoothly with your suitcase and keep all your energy for your new work etc. Everything is well organized in the fully furnished flat with spacious eat-in kitchen and Wifi. For weekly cleaning, please note that there is an additional charge for the external cleaner.

When you apply, please provide the following information: Your age, the reason you are in Berlin, the start and end dates of your current or planned job/employment in Berlin? Also when is your probationary time finished? The amount of your income after taxes (i.e. your net income)? The number of days you will be working in the flat? The number of days you will be working in your company/lab/office/hospital? What experience do you have of flatsharing so far?
From what date would you like to rent the furnished room? Finally when are you available in Berlin so that we can arrange a viewing appointment?
