I am subletting my room (30m2) for a month, in a spacious fully furnished flat of area 72 m2 ( 2 bedroom, hallway & kitchen) located at Graf-Haeseler-str 6, 3OG, 13403, Berlin. The room is available from Mar 1, 2024 to Apr 30, 2024. The apartment is shared with a working professional2.
Rent : 550 € per month
One time deposit1: 250 €

Nearest U bahn : U scharnweber str ( U6 & 3 mins on foot & 15 mins to Friedrichstr in ubahn)
Nearest S bahn: S Eichborndamm ( S25, S26 & 10 mins on foot)
Supermarkets nearby: Netto(5 mins by walk), LIDL(8 mins by walk ), Rewe(7 mins by walk), Kaufland ( 8 mins by walk)
House Rules:
The kitchen areas you use needs to be cleaned after every usage
Loud music or noise post 11 PM will not be accepted
Storage space in the fridge and kitchen shelves should be used proportionately
Please inform my flatmate and get his consent if you are having guests over for dinner or a get-together/ house party
Courtesy and politeness in communication at all times and respect for each other's privacy and peace of mind are non-negotiables

1: Deposit will be handed over after moving out and in case of damage to the items or any stuff, the amount will be deducted from deposit
2: All the common household chores ( vacuum cleaning, mopping and general cleaning of all common areas - kitchen, hallway, washroom, trash removal) will be shared between you and my flatmate (Aditya Raghunath) and needs to be done once every week (we usually do it over the weekend)
