Hi girls, wir suchen EINE nette NON-SMOKERiN als MibewohnerIN ab 01. März 2024 bis 31. Dezember 2024 (bei Gefallen auch länger ;) ) am U-Bahnhof Yorckstr. (Seitenstrasse, ruhig, öffentliche Parkplätze).
Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Sehr sonnig, ruhig, trotz zentraler Lage .
Bitte nur absolute NichtraucherIN, sorry... NICHTRAUCHERIN. Girls: NON-SMOKERS ONLY ;-)
Wenn Du sparsam mit den Ressourcen umgehst und ein geputztes Bad genießt, freuen wir uns auf Dich. Wir putzen selbst, keine Reinigungskraft vorhanden!
Es ist alles da, was das Herz begehrt :-). Bitte nur mit Sauberkeitsbedürfnis und Bereitschaft, das auch in die Tat umzusetzen.
Zu zweit ist leider nicht möglich drin zu wohnen....
Allergiker: Teppich sorgt für Frieden mit den Nachbarn, daher kann ich nicht drauf verzichten.
Ihr wisst, wie man Energie spart. Ein Pulli im Winter zuhaus kann nicht schaden ;) Es ist eine warme Wohnung, daher läuft die Heizung nur bei Bedarf. Wenn wir die Wohnung verlassen, drehen wir die Heizung ab (also auf "0".)

You have a pullover in wintertime ;) We have a warm flat. This is the reason that we turn down the heating to 0 (zero) when we are not at home.
You are a sociable person and understand the advantage of talking to each others. We share the flat but we share some common activities as well according to our energy :) if you love to stay isolated this is not your place (sorry).

Direkt am U/S-Bahn Yorckstr. Trotzdem recht ruhig, da Seitenstraße.
Gute Anbindung mit S1, S25 Nord-Süd/Wannsee/Potsdamer Platz 10 Minuten. Und U 7. Zentral.
Sehr günstig alles zu erreichen, zu Fuß 3 Minuten zu U-Bahn, S-Bahn!
Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl (autsch...)
Wir sind beide durchorganisiert und ruhig. Genießen auch mal ein Essen zusammen, wollen aber auch mal unsere Ruhe haben. Wir quasseln gern, brauchen aber auch unsere Privatsphäre.
Es gibt einen Putzplan, der sich als sehr nützlich erwiesen hat :-D. Freuen uns auf ne gutgelaunte Mitbewohnerin, die ihre eigene Wege geht, aber auch auf uns neugierig ist. Ich bin es auch. Rauchen ist absolut nicht möglich, auch nicht draußen vor der Tür. Sorry (oder huraaah...)
Putzmittel und Klopapier kaufen wir gemeinsam.
Sonst hat jeder sein eigenes Essen.
TV-Gebühren teilen wir uns und kommen zu der Miete extra dazu
How do you save energy?
Das Zimmer ist nur für eine Person gedacht.
Nur ein Bad vorhanden, keine extra Toilette.
Teppich muss sein, daher nix für AllergikerInnen. Teppiche sichern den Weltfrieden.
Die Eigengestaltung des Zimmers ist begrenzt: Tapete bleibt bitte weiss :) Poster nur mit Crepesband an die Wand kleben.

After shower pick up the hair (ourgh..)
