I'm Sylwia and I'm 26 years old. From 2 years I'm living in Berlin. I'm looking for a nice person to share 2 rooms apartment on the Tempelhof-Schöneberg.
The flat is about 52 square meters large and has 2 rooms (your room is around 18 square meters), bathroom with a bath, kitchen and a little balcony which is assigned to the smaller room. There is a grocery store (Kaufland) right down the street, about 300m walking distance. The next bus station 106 is also just 300m away and will take you to the S Bahnhof Südkreuz. Here you can get on the Ringbahn as well as the north-south connection (S1, S2, S25, S26). 15min by walking you have U6 Kaiserin Augusta Str.
The apartment is quiet as is the area in which it is located (Bessemerstr.)
Please be aware that registration is not possible.
Here you can find more information:
- we assign the contract with the private landlord with 3 months of cancellation (long term contract)
- required documents: a copy of your ID/Passport, copy of the bank statements where I can see, that you have been paid the last three months, certificate of employment
- total cost: 450e warm + 10e internet (100mb/s), deposit: 525e
- no pets allowed
- the flat is available from 14.07. but we're flexible around 1 week
- You can see the flat at 24-26.06. in the afternoon - please text me a message if you're interested
- In your room, you can find: TV stand with the drawers, mattress, Ikea Kallax, lamp, desk with the chair.
