The apartment is in a new building off the street alongside the Panke canal, with huge windows, lovely views, lots of light, plants and art. In winter it is well isolated and has floor heating, so its very warm and cosy. 30m2 deck runs on 2 sides of the apartment.
Big bathroom, with deep bath and separate shower. Guest bathroom also.
Downstairs a large garden, with benches, trees, etc, can be used.
Supermarkets, cafes and public transport (both S and U) are very close by. Also a swimming pool in summer is 5min walk away.
For 3-5 months initially, afterwards possibly for long-term.
Shared with: Arryn. He is an artist, lives in Berlin for 10 years, reads a lot and has an atelier nearby. From June onwards, his partner Monica will join, she is an academic, historian, at the moment on a scholarship in Finland.

Great connections. 3-4 minutes to Wedding SBahn (S41/42, Ring) Humbolthain (S1,2 etc), U6, Buses, 20 min to Tegel airport. 20 min walk to the heart of Mitte, or HBF in the other direction.
